I'm 98% sure the arrangement was done by Joel Rutherford of Accoustix and Glory Days fame.

really? I've never heard Acoustix do this song. Glory Days did it this year, but this is from 1996. That was like Joel's 1st year with Acoustix. I think Glory Days was just bringing back Nightlife's arrangement of this song.

Joel arranged it specifically for Nightlife. Accoustix never performed it.
