And as usual..I didn't get every single note in the semiquaver runs...I can get them right if played in isolation but whenever it comes to playing the whole thing...something always goes wrong..

  • You know, it's interesting to read the descriptions to your videos. It almost starts with "I didn't get all the notes" or something similar. Why are you so concerned with the fast stuff (which you can't even get half the time) when you should be worrying about the musical aspect of the piece? And then when someone offers any kind of helpful advice, you get all butt-hurt over something, and reply with a "witty" smart-ass comment about how great you are, and how stupid they are. Be nice, dude!

  • Anyone can play fast notes, but it would be nice if there was a greater sence of musicality. The dynamic throughout this entire movemement is mf...but really there should be a range from mf to ff. At measure 87, which after the e to f trill, it should be getting continously louder even if its from mf to f. Otherwise, it's just notes!

  • Where did you get the piano-only recording ?

    I'm very interested.

    Good playing

  • semiquavers= 16th notes?

  • Amazing...keep practicing man! Now tell me...where do you find accompaniments for all these pieces?

  • At measure 167, Subito le double plus lent, it has to sound more eerie. Take your time with it, exagerrate it, and make those notes heavier. I don't mean to sound bitchy, but just trying to help.

  • Dude its awesome, i know this will sound like i'm a patronising git but i'm not i can barely play the double tonguing in the firs movement far less this. Have you tried practising the semi quavers with like the first note before the semiquavers and then once you get that then the with the next two notes before and so on. it helped me . . . you probably have and this piece is actually impossible. any way this was really nice.

  • Is that the Hubert Laws Head joint?
