Next time please DO NOT include the sound of the ambient. Just the sound from the outputs. The sound of the sticks hitting the pads is annoying when I play too, that's why I use headphones in the first place. :)
Keep learning, you're getting the hang of it (when you stop being so nervous - it's gonna work just fine).

After watching this I went out and bought a second hand DD501 kit, downloaded the Roland HD1 Drum tutor and played! The cable is a stand USB A to USB B cable (same as printer), and you can download all your favourite songs on the internet and play along. It feels like a game, but you are actually learning real drums to real songs!

I know you can hear it. But are these drums quiet? (well as quiet as drums can be of course)
Hello! what cable did you use to connect the software to the drums ?

Hi. The software used comes from Roland. So in the package I got also a MIDI to USB adapter. I guess any adapter of this kind will work.
Good luck

DT-HD1 is a software from Roland, so just google it and look for a supplier in your country. I live in Romania.
