主料:玉米粒辅料:猕猴桃、腰果、核桃、杏仁、榛子调料:白糖、生粉烹制方法: 1、将玉米粒过水焯烫,生粉加鸡蛋、清水调成面糊(面糊和玉米等量),放入玉米粒、干果搅拌均匀,锅中放入适量油,至六成热时下入面浆,中火炸至定型,转大火炸成金黄即可; 2、将炸好的玉米酥取出装盘,点缀猕猴桃、干果即可食用。特点:形似蜂巢,酥脆可口。
