every rep, drop the weight, thats much harder than this, cause it bounce a lot, to its like box deadlift.

real impressive man, just remember to drive through your heels, looks like you almost came up off your heels on some of them. Still great lifting, i can't do shit without a belt haha

not bad but how much do u weigh??? cause if u weigh 200 + then thats not impressive at all, u look about at least a buck 80, i do not lie, i do just as much as u for the same reps, i hit 455 for 3 reps last week, n i weigh 167 at 5'5 height n im only 17 but not bad, if u weigh as much as i think u do then u should be doin like 75lbs more

i was 18 and about 185 8 weeks out from my bodybuilding
im about 220 now and did 500 for 2 the other day, not that it matters
