  • every rep, drop the weight, thats much harder than this, cause it bounce a lot, to its like box deadlift.

  • Really nice man. just try not to bounce the weight as much. Thats why its called a "deadlift". Otherwise really impressive!

  • real impressive man, just remember to drive through your heels, looks like you almost came up off your heels on some of them. Still great lifting, i can't do shit without a belt haha
