I purchased the dress pattern from etsy. It is called "Tickle Me Pink" Toddler Top. the owner said she will post pattern in the spring. .

The bolero is a free lion brand yarn pattern called bebop cardi.

Seriously, we can all see the pattern, right? The dress bodice is just single crochets in altern ating colors. The skirt is attached (probably with a ch3, sk3, ch1 for the first round). Then, it looks like its just dc 2, ch2, dc2 in same sp. Ch1...around and around and around. As for the bolero, just type in solomon's knot baby dress and work of of that-omit the solomans knot and use the shell stitch. Instead of buttons, use a tie...makes sense, right?
