BANKROLLING THE OCCUPATION

The US tax payers have to bear the burden of bankrolling the Israeli occupation of Palestine. The Washington Report on Middle East Affairs puts the cost of the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict at $3 Trillion dollars.

Not included is the cost of the Iraq and Afghan wars, which were conducted at the behest of Israeli agents in the Bush administration, or the cost of the 9/11 attacks on America perpetrated in support of Palestine, or the cost in American lives.

The implication is that Jewish lives are precious but the lives of Palestinians do not count.

I said there were Jews who went to Israel for other reason.

Only an idiot would assume that meant that no Jews went there because of their religious belief.

Even if a Jew was protected by a neighbor how does that mean that Jews " had no fear whatever of the people around whom they had lived."

It only means that one individual isn't a threat to kill a Jew.

For every neighbor that protected a Jew there were a hundred who wanted that Jew dead.

However, few Jews from concentration camps ended up in Israel. The majority actually chose to go to America. Jews (like everyone else) prefer America. The vast majority of Jews arriving in Israel from Europe were protected by neighbours for the duration of the war, and had no fear whatever of the people around whom they had lived.
