  • Question: Why should I do it on a ball? I know you give us the choise but I'd like to know why YOU do this on a ball! Thanks.

  • @LoveUndergroundMusic Forces you to keep tension on the shoulders because you can't lean back as easily as you can on bench (that has back support). Also good for working the core at the same time. But like I said, it's just a matter of personal preference.

  • This is a great exercise. I do these with a light weight after I'm done doing the traditional shoulder press with a heavier weight.
