  • i usually leave them unless its like habeneros and ill take about half the seeds out.

  • Never seed hot peppers !!!

  • ancho chile powder isn't spicy at all.

  • I ALWAYS leave the seeds and ribs in when I make salsa.

  • Seeding chiles is wrong. the seeds & membranes have a lot of flavor. If you want less heat, use fewer chiles, but don't seed!

  • also likes the heat
