    Dylan, sometimes you are funny!

There you go out onto the North Sea on little Slug in your jeans and hoody. Life jackets? They are for the racing guys.

Yet, sailing the duck punt on three feet of water you dutifully wear your life jacket...

I am dangerous to know - although the punt is more likely to tip me in than the slug. I also think that if I fell off the big boat then it would just sail away and leave me.... so I am going to die anway. Here on the Thames in February there is no-one around to save me. You are dead right though - I am a hipocrit

I am getting ready to convert a little inflatable to sail and want to document the sailing and have been wondering how I can get different camera shots. I have an inexpensive kodak zi8 and a camera bag to keep it dry. I think I am going to add a big spring clamp to it and attach it to vegetation along the shoreline or bridges or pilings. Most of my area is soft mud so I also thought of just shoving a pole into the mud and mounting the camera on it, should be fun.
