I'm in love with this transmission it's so fun to use yet so easy to operate I'm just glad there is a transmission out there that can finally give you the performance of a manuel this would be an excelent track car.

@Itzcipmonkuno i have the same problem on my MkV R32 once in a while. what happens with me is that the clutch does not fully disengage, therefore it is still in 1st gear trying to move while the brake is fully engaged. idk why it happens, but usually i dont get too worried- i tell myself its the Volkswagen God's saving me from another speeding ticket ;D

when i tried doing this, my car didnt even reach 2 on the rpm, can you please explain why? i did everything right, my car is a mk5 gti 2006

How regularly? 30 000 km? I heard many cases where 50 000-70 000 km with normal service is too much for that gearbox.

If you change the DSG oil and oil filter regularly the DSG gearbox is very reliable.
