  • I'm so amazed knowing that our native classic song is sung and performed by a foreign choir. I grew up in the southern part of the Philippines and have the same dialect (bisaya/cebuano). Just have some corrections with the wording you're using, the right word is "kang" instead of "si" in the line, "intawon sab si dodong, nag tan-aw KANG inday, nagtabisay ang laway". There is really a big difference with both of the words and it changes the story of the song if not used properly. Great job guys!

  • ooooo haha i think our music was written with "si" lmao! xD

  • wow a lot of foreign choirs are singing this song hehehe .. It's amazing! specially it is one of the dialect in the Philippines.

  • ya my choir is like asian, white, and only has like 3 filipinos lol xD i'm one of them.

  • OMG You guys are AMAZING! Thank you for singing ROSAS PANDAN. As a child growing up in the Philippines, my grandmother always sing this song to us. It brings back old memories. You delivered the song beautifully and perfectly.

  • haha salamat po i hope i spelled it right. my parents are tagalog so learning another dialect for this song was great.

  • Amazing....inhtahwon sab si dohdhong! I

  • i'm singing this in my choir too! the one thing i don't like about your version is that A LOT of the pronunciation bugs me cause it's wrong. i'm not trying to be mean but that's what i think. in my choir like 85% of us are filipino so we have better knowledge of how it sounds. also the song doesn't move, it's just rhythm and notes. there's no feeling to it. oh yea the girl in the front with her hands crossed bothers me too!
