Zheng Yiyao is the vice chairman of the Guangzhou chapter of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions (ACFTU). He organizes and mobilizes Chinese workers to join grassroots trade unions and helps grassroots trade unions to participate in entrepreneurial management. In addition, he helps to implement laws and regulations such as salary negotiations, collective contracts, and training programs.
