@Guitardude2160 In the frozen room you find a thermal scope. Combine it with any rifle you use and when you aim you will see their weakness. Something like eggs on different places of their bodies. If you're playing on normal or professional mode they should have another one on their back. You need to shoot one leg in order to drop them to be able to shoot their back. Or to see another method, type "killing regenerator without wasting ammo" and see those videos.
