Max is one of two young University of Miami alumni directors to showcase their short films in Miami Gay & Lesbian Film Festival's Made in Miami, a new program that showcases local talent. As a young model, Max Emerson turns heads but now he has an opportunity to show his filmmaking talents. Emerson is out to prove that he's not a no-talent model-as he says many believe. Taking time out from a commercial shoot, Max Emerson shared a bit of insight about his modeling, his films, and his future.

Max Hanley Emerson, 23 years old, lives in Miami, Florida. He has also lived in Coconut Grove, Florida; Coral Gables, Florida and Vero Beach, Florida.
He is an alumnus of the University Of Miami and Vero Beach High School
