VAC System Benifits after surgery cuts due to Cellulitis

Benifits of the VAC system on post surgical wounds and cuts. The cuts you see in this short clip show two incisions, a smaller one on the groin and a larger one on the thigh. After many days with dressing a VAC system was intalled. This is a real machine (small in size) that continously sucks all air and liquids out of open wounds (ideally for bacterial woulds thus it helps to take bacteria out) where the wound is filled with a foam, in this case silver, covered with plastic and applied sucktion. Changes 3 times per week and the results were incredible: allmost no yellow or black acumulation, health pink redish cell growth acelerated.
From the patient perspective, autonomy, flexibility, safe feeling with all the suction and knowing the wound held together when walking, climing stairs, showering (not even cover the area needed), and surely sleeping (where you can even sleep on the side of the wounds with no pain or disconfort. Most of all, emotionally rewarding, after large ordeals, to see such a rapid and painless recovery. Thank you to the VAC system (Can't say the same for Embrel who knew there medication could cause oportunistic pathogens to attack such as our very own streptococous and decided not to call me, rather just put up an add with Health Canada on their web site - if I knew this medication could cause such pain and possible death or loosing of limbs, I would never had taken it - Embrel and their way of going about promoting there drug are capitalistic oriented greedy people who have no respect for human life)

my infectoin wasnt as bad as your but i spent 3 weeks in hospital on iv's in december last year.this was my 5 time.gutted i missed my kids xmas. its a really nasty nasty infection
