johnmonk66 macs are reliable... ibook g4s are 3 years old now 2005 were the very last of them... ive had mine since 2005 and has only crashed twice .. if you left a windows pc say dell for two years ... it would be worth but pennys nowadays so.. yeh lol

i have the same ibook g4 =] good choice lol erm i might be able to help you... it seems mayb that your logic board needes to be replaced.. did you just turn it on 1 day and it was like this or did you spill something on it? reply back to me please on my channel =]

I am very happy for my Mac, this is the first and only time it has failed me. In the end I reinstalled everything and saved most of my data with a recovery tool.
marcusmrdj -> I didn't spill anything, it was just like this one day when I turned it on. Some months before this I installed Ubuntu. Can it be that the Linux bootloader screws up something? Anyway, I resolved it in the manner I explained above. But thanks for helping.
