Im pretty sure a gorilla is capable of being dangerous if threatened.

I don't think you ever studied biology, much less primates.

Wild boars herbivores? Ha! Omnivore is more like it, just like their domesticated kin the pig.

anyway... I hope you got some books on animal behavior to read over the long weekend. If you want to know more about infanticide, just Google "Hitler"

And yes, infanticide does happen with gorillas, and other animals as well. It's an instinct to further the dominant male bloodline, get rid of the offspring that aren't his

Everyone needs to take a lot more care of our planet. Not saying you don't, it just can never be said enough. I would like to know your definition of "divine" in this. Not being a bitch, really want your input.

I didn't say humans are less morally culpable than gorillas. Gorillas are not intelligent enough to be morally culpable. I just said that humans are capable of greater intellect and empathy than gorillas and are thus in a sense greater and more akin to the divine.

While we're on the topic of comparing human to gorilla behavior, gorillas are known for infanticide. Just saying.

Also, I'm a little nonplussed by your apparent implication that I'm doing a poor job of caring for the planet.

If anything "divine" did a pop-up inspection on the condition earth is in right now, they'd be pissed at humans, not gorillas. If you want to keep it up with the divine thing, start taking better care of the planet that was made for you and stop worrying about who the favorite kid is.

Oh yeah. This one gorilla I knew kidnapped some girls and locked them in the cellar for years, and they leave toxic waste everywhere! They're assholes.

Magnificent and beautiful though these gorillas are, humans are significantly more qualitatively and quantitatively intelligent than gorillas and more capable of empathy, reason, etc. I think it's fair to say humans are more divine in many ways than other apes.
