Hrm, Budokai wins for epicness and scale of explosions and scenery damage effects, but tactically BT wins for free control and actual choice in how you can utilise existing arena obstacles for added effect rather than being scripted scenes (sure, very little added damage, but it's a nice touch). In all, i'd say about the same, it's compared to what you favour I guess.

every dbz game has it's way of giving the player the fun he wants, dont compare them with eatch other, compare them with other games, like Naruto or bleach games

Budokai wins for detail in their destruction effects. Tenkaichi just looks like you're flying through house of cards or lego.
