  • Chemerinsky rocks.

  • "Three strikes" is a bastard child of the victim industry, law 'n' order knee-jerkers, corrections officer unions, and jail building contractors. It has nothing to do with justice or efficient use of public funds. Prof. Chemerinsky is eloquent and persuasive, not to mention pragmatic. Hear, hear.
