BT has complete contempt for its customers. I try not to think about the Kafka-esque 18 months I've just endured with BT. If I did, I'd feel tempted to fire-bomb their London HQ - and that wouldn't be right. It would be satisfying, but not right...

My BT phoneline doesn't work and an engineer will be in the area on Wednesday 21. Had to agree to £135 fee if it turns out the problem isn't with their equipment otherwise they will not send anyone to come fix it.
