@Roald62 actually, really great. first meet of the season this saturday so im pumped. still getting odd looks from everyone watching me do the stretches everytime for half an hour and tossing the ball around but im loving the flexibility. core strength is not as good but shoulders/arms and legs are good (ive moved to 2kg med balls). yup, life is good, how about you?

very impressive, but why is it that your arm doesn't stay back very long and the release seems slow? Obviously it's not due to the distance that you get, but it seems slower than many other throws that i have seen that don't go near that far.
