What a nice video! I jumped yesterday for the 1st time, and as the teacher told...DON'T THINK TOO MUCH before jumping, just enjoy the jump! No air, no breath, no oxygen...it is like to be in a dream...TRY!! This is not only for men, but girls, you have to try! Trust me!
