Please join me, this is a self study course.
The Workbook includes 365 lessons, one for each day of the year.
It is not necessary to do the lessons at that rate....you may take as much time as you like........days, weeks......the choice is yours.........
The Instructions urge us to not do more that one lesson a day thought......you need the time to let your ego steep in this and make the little changes needed so there's no undo stress and strain.
The emphasis is on the experience.....the doing and the practicing.
