i love the inside of her eye but i hate the out side around the eye it looks like she got punched in the face
the idea of your art is to captivate the beauty and not the baggs under someones eyes

I didn't even have to look at the reference picture to be able to tell right away that the proportions are totally off. This doesn't look like her and some things like the irises, nose, and so on are distorted. Perhaps, just take more time into the proportions before you start to go in more with the details. You can nail it.

As a professional artist and painter, the detail is amazing... But astheticaly, I'm sorry, its horrific. Everything is so disproportionate. Its good that you work well and quickly but i suggest working slower and taking more time to get a better quality picture showing your full potential. Goodluck! :)
