Wow, just had to say you did a really nice job on this. I'm in my senior year of HS, and we just read this book, and this is a great video. It's unlike the book in a couple of ways, but the video really hits home with the central themes and characters. Only criticism I have is that Zeena looks and sounds too pretty, lol.
I've made similar scenes for my English class (Nackles, Arsenic and Old Lace, etc), and I've uploaded them to my channel. Go take a look if you have the time!

Nothing like the book, but it's good because it isn't like the book.
Zeena was great.
Ethan was not as convincing and didn't really show all that much affection for Mattie.
Mattie was okay, and her scenes didn't make sense because they weren't from the book. She broke a pickle dish with Ethan instead of glass figurines.
I liked the last bit at the end, the epic-ness of it. Overall, good job, but not acurate.
