The Cambridge-Harvard Summer Academy (CHSA) represents an exciting and innovative partnership between the Cambridge Rindge and Latin School and the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
I have a great respect for Harvard, but the CHSA isn't a great training program to prepare teachers for the reality of urban schools. The students in the program aren't the typical students who attend urban schools. In addition, when they talk about school culture and leadership in the video, they seem to not understand that school culture and leadership is something that created/developed from the principals in the schools. Bring in average students from Mattapan, Chelsea, Roxbury, or Lynn.
