The cat will get used to the dog, BUT ONLY ON THE CAT'S TERMS. No, cats do not speak dog, so the dog will hafta learn to speak cat. Cats don't usually bow down to anyone or anything. Must be because they were worshipped in Egypt as deities. I'm a cat person, but usually have always had both and at the same time, too. The dog is young enough. Plus, some dogs just love cats. They're warm, soft, have those great scratchy toungues, that can reach behind your ears!, and love to massage!

Love that stumpy, little tail wagging for all it's worth! She just wants to be friends! She'll just have to be patient though, it can take cats a while to warm up to any new pet added to the household. :)
