Video 2 of our 'How to' Series we show you how to skin and fillet a Yellow Eyed Mullet! Caught off the Corinella Pier, Note: WE DO NOT keep any under-size fish, or more then the bag limit - If you see us with a small fish in our videos It's because it was Bleeding out or it had died. Thanks to Justin, Brad's little brother for helping us out while filming. Thanks also to Brads family for giving me a place to stay! and thanks to Brad for teaching me everything he knows! • ya you are right it wasent my best knife my best is to sharp if you know what i mean

  • ummmm.....

do u use the not eaten part of the fish 4 bait?

  • Yes, we use it for berley.

  • good vid....but whats the point of scaleing the fish if your gonna take the skin off anyways?

  • Well, the skinning is REALLY hard to master and you will eventually get the hang of it, but if you get the scales off first then it wont matter if you mess the skin up slightly.
