@EzeFitness Thanks for sharing your menu; I'll give it a go on my moring workout days this week for the hi protein. Here is a "fast food" breakfast that takes 2 minutes prep time and 7 min. total time ready to eat: 1/2 cup plain quick oatmeal (I use some cinnamon powder for flavor), small scoop raisins, small scoop walnuts, 1 scoop whey protein, 1 small chopped bannana (all mixed into the oatmeal after oatmeal has cooked in the microwave). Eat a serving of veggies while cooking.
