  • I used to listen to this all the time hanging out with friends back when it was released. We were 15 going on 16 and I used to listen to the line 'Let's all meet up in year 2000, won't it be strange when we're all fully grown?' and the year 2000 seemed so far away; being 'fully grown' seemed so far away. Now 10 years have passed since the year 2000. There is no moral or point in this story.

  • Awesome song, great band.

    Thanks for the upload.

  • @JacktheBeard :') I'm only 12, yet because of the people I have as parents, I LOVE old bands and singers. :P Rolling Stones, The Blockheads etc etc :D Xxx<3

  • @JacktheBeard And now 11 years have passed... oooooooo~~.

It's really is crazy, innit? The passing of time I mean... innit?

  • I love how he whispers the 'breasts' line. Sounds very mischievous!

  • the whole concert was on BBC4 last week, i've watched it 5 times already

  • I said something incorrect on another Pulp video of Common People at this same gig. I said Common People was the only song I liked by Pulp...I like Disco 2000 as well, those two songs have good lyrics. I'm not a fan of techno or pop or Britpop whatever you wanna call it..

  • @joesoap2006 - ooh it's on bbc4 right now :o)

  • Dankeschön.

  • he moves awesomely :D
