Whether or not you're taking 4th grade, 8th grade, or AP United States History, you'll find this documentary on our United States Constitution both amusing and educational.
It features Vineeth G. Mohan and Josh Samra, both playing a double role - as themselves, and as gangsters! Yes, gangsters.
The plain Vineeth and Josh both discuss how to make their Constitution documentary, which is due that coming Thursday. Vineeth and Josh ask two smart gangsters to explain and demonstrate the compenents of the US Constitution in their "gangster" way. Then, a slideshow follows showing the clash between the Articles of Confederation and the US Constitution and the 3 branches of government. Finally, a few funny skits demonstrating a select number of our Amendments, and an interview to wrap up the documentary and deliver the meaning of being a US citizen.
"How to Make a Constitution Documentary" was a project for Linder's 8th grade AB class and was completed in January 2009.
I used Adobe After Effects CS3 Professional for the cloning of Josh, and Premiere Pro CS3 for editing and the slideshow.
Starring: Vineeth G. Mohan & Josh Samra.
