Florida funeral home to employ body dissolving machine

A Florida funeral home has taken delivery of a machine billed as a green alternative to cremation. The "Resomator" uses a mixture of water and potassium hydroxide to dissolve bodies. The chamber is then pressurised to around 150 psi and heated to 180C for around three hours while the remains are dissolved. Once finished the liquid can be disposed of in the sewer system, while the bones are crushed in a separate process before being returned to relatives. Metals such as artificial joints are also recovered.

Oh H E L L no! You are basically boiling a body! It's disrespectful to the deceased, the family, and the public who don't want liquefied remains in their sewers, no matter "how" filtered.
Cremation is the most sacred and honored way to release a soul.
