I work in the county jail system and deal with those kind of people all the time and I can say with experience that this is an over kill. I do understand that the average person may want to train this way but for a professional, short, fast, and clean tech work best!

The kind of flurry he uses is very interesting. I've never seen that kind of movement before. it looks kind of funny, but it would seem effective.
