  • An overview of the 12 exercises in section 8 of Yijin-jing's Pre-heaven Qigong, Chefang-tu, plus two of the positions. Breath naturally through the nose as you adopt the positions. Count to 49, tensing slightly more with each count, but not allowing the muscles to relax at all between counts. The tension should focus on the hands at first, but it will gradually move up the arms. If you do it correctly the body will start to vibrate slightly.
