  • owenbar42 do you even practice a martial art , well may be in his sleep most techniques are taught & practiced at slow pace in real situation uke would not know what hit them thats the trouble with people that know nothing of martial arts. when watching looks like nothing and with aikido where it looks like uke is jumping or falling over for tori would I love you to meet my 6th kyu's to practice. a comment to owenbar42 go find a dojo take video with you and say that to the instructor

  • @senseivince1 This is very dumb, what they show in the video, no matter how aikido _should_ be. Expertvillage doesn't know anything.

  • good technique definitely would need a lot of practice to perfect

    i'll stick with simpler ones :P (i got bad hips anyways)

  • thank you Sensei for those awesome videos...I want to ask you if you have a tachi-dori in which you apply a sankyo. If you do please let me know.

  • Keep on practiing, you'll understand that at a faster rythm uke will not have time to realise that his hands were stuck on the Jo. He will only remember when he launched his attack and will end up surprised tpfind himself on the mat.
