My FIRST day trying backflips after watching tutorials for weeks...
i couldnt really tuck good because my jeans was ripping more EVERY TIME i did one =[

  • @jqwerk no every flip u need to jump up not back can u land a flip? back or front?

  • u dont need more tuck u need more hight and when u go higher u wont need to tuck as much (exept if ur tryin for 540 or double)

  • ^_^ do it from almost to the edge of the trampoline going to the middle.

    try flipping far rather than staying in the same place because u might hurt urself and ud learn how to backflip on flat ground if u do tht. tuck in ^_^

    and and jump higher Lol

  • hey there really easy once you get used to them so don't worry but you need to jump a lot higher and you need the confidence to jump higher and do a backflip but you'll do it.

  • don't use too much from the trampoline :o, and yes you need to tuck more, or "ball up". because if you did this without the trampoline, doubt you'd get all that momentum to help you get around like that. GJ! you'll get it soon ;D

    Don't do it so fast

    Jump higher

    Backflip slower(not too slow though)

    bring your knees over your head)

    thats how I nailed it
