Being a mexican american, I can tell you Mexican's don't need a number, because Mexico is already controlled. Mexico is like a US colony, except the US doesn't doesn't have it in writing. They are being attracted here, they want to be here, with the North American Union, then there will be iD with chips, no longer would we need a number.
