Mary, The Ark of The Covenant-The Biblical Proof

"Then said The Lord unto Moses, Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you; and the people shall go out and gather a certain rate every day, that I may prove them, whether they will walk in my law, or not." Exodus 16:4
The pot of manna (Ex. 16:33-34), Aaron's rod and the book of the law can be properly described as being in the same place as the ark of the covenant. These are the contents of the Ark of the Covenant.
Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life; he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst." John 6:32-35

A golden pot of manna was kept in The Ark of The Covenant as a reminder to all generations of God's Provision. But even more beautiful than this picture of God's provision of manna is God's provision of His Son. Just as the children of Isreal were sustained by manna in the wilderness, so are we sustained by the true 'Bread from Heaven', Jesus Christ; and in Him we have eternal life.

It was Mary as Mother of God that I had the most difficult time with as I converted to Catholicism. My doubts lead me to many answers. Mary as the New Ark of the Covenant is what opened my eyes. I would also note that during the building of the Ark, every piece of it was purified that it would be a sacred vessel.

This is a very clear description of Mary's role in our salvation. The references made in this video are some I had not looked at before.
