  • There's been another price cut on the Brammo Enertia - MSRP is now $7995, and for California residents the tax incentives bring the price all the way down to $5995 - and I think they just might have found the magic sweet spot for the bike! Let's hope so. Now, if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go digging between my couch cushions, and see how close I can get to six thousand bucks!

  • It's now 7,195.00 after tax rebate. Guess this might be my next motorcycle.

  • Right on, brother! Let us know how it works out... (I think you're gonna love it!)

  • did best buy let you take the bike outside of the parking lot so that you can get it up to full speed

  • They sure did. And if you go down any ol' day, they will direct you on a 10-15 minute "beach ride," which will give you plenty of opportunities to see what the Enertia can do.

  • oh nice! I expected them to be wary of liabilities and hence allowing only a parking lot ride. So you needed moto insurance to test ride?

  • Nope. Auto insurance was sufficient.

And that new price cut is the real deal! Really brings it within reach of a lot more people...

  • Nice helmet there officer

  • keep it

  • @rottingpig5 Call or visit your local BestBuy, and see if they're on sale nationwide. Here in Southern California, the Brammo is available in a BUNCH of Best Buy stores. It's also worth pointing out that Brammo is *quickly* moving the game on, with the Enertia PLUS, which doubles the range to 80 miles! Also their new Empulse sportsbike, which will go 100 miles AND 100 mph! I've seen bits online about faster "Level 2" charging for Enertia Plus and Empulse - I'd email Brammo for details.

  • @PoliticalMuscle09 how can I get one of these bikes. They are totally awesome! Also is it possible to get one with a one hour quick charge?

  • @PoliticalMuscle09 how can I get one of these bikes. They are totally awesome!

  • @ectoplasma2 if you search "Brammo Empulse" or go to brammo.com, you will see that they have a new bike scheduled for delivery next summer, which does 100+mph and comes in a 60, 80, and 100 range.

  • Get me an electric race bike that can do 100 - 120 mph and has a range of at least 60 mph and id but it instead of an R6 and for more money anyday !!!!

But now it just hasnt got the mucle yet. Great bike though so far for the average scooter commuter. very impressive and a quarter for a full tank. Now that s real freedom !!!

  • Electric bikes are cool BUT people need to stop making smug remarks about people who use gasoline powered bikes... not all of us can afford to buy some ridiculously expensive underpowered EV that has piss poor range and looks like crap. A ninja 250 is probably just as carbon friendly in the long run.

  • Political Muscle hits 1,000 views! Must have been the filming...
