  • @koreamoku I say 40s easy if you dont drink or smoke.Look at what Brett Farve did,are you kidding me? And thats a contact sport he was playing.Trust me,I know 30 year olds with game better than most kids today combined due to the fact that they stay away from drugs, beer, cigs ect.The less you do those things, the more energy you will have.

  • at :48 what move is that called?

  • @james12252 ball movement, e.g. reversing the ball. also, when big guys and sometimes guards flash to open parts of the zone.

  • jason williams?

  • This is great when your in high school and college once you start approaching 30 youre not gonna have all this endless energy to shake guys over and over. Just look at NBA greats and how theyve gradually adjusted their games. Enjoy your youth and never take a day for granted. Ball as much as you can!!!

  • 1:00-1:15 BROKEN ANKLES!!!

  • supe go to nba show em how its done bro come on

  • @L2StfuNoob of course , but when you are in 1 on 1 situation and you want to break your defender down , you have to make a move as hard as possible and just to be unguardable. an offensive player always , but always has an advantage on the defender. he is a puppet and you control it. i have to say that the Super Moves dvd's are the best dvd's i ever seen. you will never find anything like it , so much detailed. if you want to maximize your potential as a basketball player try SUPERHANDLES only!

  • @DawgFL DO you have to pay for it

  • @dondadaoreo ditto
