Drinking a cup of sugar will make you fat. Caffeine also robs your body of oxygen causing osteoporosis. Energy drinks dehydrate your body. I have an addiction for energy drinks and after a week of drinking them ( 1 per day) I cannot have a bowel movement. I sit on the toilet and nothing happens.
