Marcus is a real virtuoso. In the early 40's I played banjo in a céilí band. I became known as "the Sphinx" - because my face remained immobile and and blank. My defence was that if a guy is playing "The girl who broke my heart" or "the Flogging Reel" he or she is seldom as busy as this. However, a handsome and talented young man like Marcus can afford to flash the odd grin at least. Bal ó Dhia ar do chuid cheoil, a Mharchuis!.
