To others who are about to have the barium test.... I did not find it bad at all. It was fine. Try to keep calm by deep breathing and thinking about pleasant things, and all will be well. It will be over before you realize it. It does not hurt, and is not uncomfortable in any way.

I had barium today. It sucked. Cause I had pop rocks and water. Still feel bad and it happened one hour ago
