I´m new in chen style, I have practiced yang style. Is this the easiest way to start or should I learn another form first?

IMHO it is an advantage to learn the 18 form first if you know that you can´t spend too much time in training every day.
If time doesn´t matter to you you can also begin with the 1st traditional chen style form
"lao jia yi lu".
Do not start with "xin jia" forms.....it´s IMHO too advanced for Chen style beginners.
Nevertheless you also should practice the "silk reeling"exercises to familiarize yourself with the chen style movements.
