OK, this is a great Full Body Fat Burning Workout to help you lose stomach fat. Thanks for our awesome fitness model, Jennifer, for demonstrating the exercises. ; )

You'll work your abs and get a great strength and cardio workout all at once.

Each movement you'll do for 30 seconds with no rest between exercises.

The movements:

Squat Thrust - Broad Jump x 30 sec
Push Ups x 30 sec
Mountain Jumpers with a Wide Kick x 30 sec
Dips x 30 sec
Butt Kick Jog x 30 sec
T-Stabilization - Push up x 30 sec
Squat Jacks x 30 sec
Prone Row x 30 sec

Perform 3 rounds of this circuit, taking about 60 seconds rest between rounds,

  • @bl00dst41n3d Great job! I like to do workouts like this one, combining strength training and cardio conditioning 3 days a week, like Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Then I'll run sprints on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Sunday is usually a rest day or I go for a hike. This workout schedule serves me well with getting great results.

  • the key to losing weight and getting abs isnt the same thing if you want abs you need a flat stomach to show it. crunches and sit and other ab workouts are the key that will give you abs, but you wont lose weight so you have the abs just under you fat. the key do losing weight is doing exercises that will maximumize the amount of body parts moving because you can't lose fat in just one place its gotta come off from all over. once you have a low amount of then you can get muscle and it will show.
