I saw these boys open for KISS in Charlotte, N.C. IN 1979. THEY WERE GREAT. I would love to hear IS IT WRONG TO ROCK AND ROLL. that is a good tune. Thanks for this.

@heelsfantim The Creek is the only band from the 80s in NC I haven"t been able to find out what they are doing now. Tim Clarke was running a club in Myrtle Beach but that was a long time ago. You can check the original version of Nantucket in the clubs around the state. And by all means you should. And Firehouse used to be Max Warrior and they are still rocking you know :-)

AWESOME AWESOME SONG AND BAND!!! I can't tell you how many times I saw them in the 1980s!!! Them, PKM, Sidewinder and Sugarcreek bring back SOO MANY GREAT memories!!!!

I live the double shot on the recoerd also, but you can only post a 10 min video. I need to have a sit down and a tape recorder with Tommy Redd so I can get the lyrics down. I sure wish that Mark Downing was playing still. I might try to fill his shoes in the band eventually...

They never made it on a large scale but their first 3 lps are just as good as anybodys,I know someone who looks just like the one in the top middle photo ,yea I know it is a put together
