I thought I saw people sitting in enclosed carts being pushed along! Am I seeing things? Are there people inside those trolley things? It seems a really cold windy place. Where is the beach? Why are there boards on the road?

Great video. Slow steady camera movement. Good angles. It's also nice to see the concentration on the current semi-revival of clasical architecture. Some of the new hotels like the monolithic Bally's tower which unfortunately replaced the magnificent Marlboro- Blenheim are too depressing to look at.
