@Troop380Eagle112 It would depend who made the bomb and where the sellers got it from originally. However, even if Joker's bullets wouldn't have detonated the bomb, piercing the shell could have given it the effects of a dirty bomb. Not nearly as devastating as an atomic blast, but you get radiation leaks instead which are still pretty damn bad. Might have even killed Batman and Robin after a couple days if Harley didn't bonk him on the head and make him miss every shot.

@VENOMs7000 technectly he was going to leave her at Arkum yes, but he did try to take her on his plan when she jumped into his arms he only ditched her that time was, because she was being stubborn by not letting him take off and also she kicked him in the face then he thought forget her and then toke off.

Theres just one problem. If the bomb was like anything dropped on Hiroshima in 1945 than bullets and the plane impacting would have no effect triggering detonation. This is because the bomb dropped was set to detonate when it reached altitude 20 meters or 20 feet off the ground. That, and most explosives of that nature can't go off that way, not usually at any rate. But reality holes are necessary for a plot to function I guess.
