For any part of the United States of America, that pays federal taxes, goes to war, and share the burdens of the country, not to have a vote in the US Congress is a disgrace. With no vote in either house of congress, the District of Columbia residents should not pay federal taxes and all previous federal taxes paid should be reimbrused.
It's interesting the US Congress feels "no taxation without representation" does not apply.
